During Ramadan you have a shorter window to drink water, so planning matters even more.

Try a simple rule: 2–3 glasses at iftar, 2–3 between iftar and sleep, and 2 at sehri.

Avoid very salty and deep-fried foods which increase thirst and make it harder to stay hydrated.
